Dobro33H || A Few Great tutorials

I came across Patrick by accident but really love his videos teaching strums on the guitar. I wanted to create a new page for STRUMS and started with a few tutorials. Patrick presents these techniques with great enthusiasm and simplicity. Most of his videos are for the banjo but there's a small selection for the guitar that I think are applicable to Bari. Patrick has nearly 5000 subscribers.

Nine Pound Hammer

I like this one too, look here. Even some of the banjo work is applicable. He moves on into guitar mode after a while.

mudgie069 || Baritone Tutorials

Mudgie has put together a series of tutorials played on the Baritone Ukulele. These are contemporary songs. I will post a couple here and put the remainder in the TUTOR page above for easy future reference. These are all very nicely done and easy to follow.

Sunday Bloody Sunday (U2)

When September Ends (Green Day)

Wanted Dead or Alive Intro (Bon Jovi)

I notice that Mudgie069 sometimes describes things opposite to the conventions that I have used here in Humble Baritonics. He says the Baritone is the same as the low (as in closest to the ground) 4 strings of the Guitar and I have carried the convention that these are the high (higher pitch) 4 strings. Also conventional numbering of the strings is counting from the floor up 1,2,3,4 but he sometimes counts in reverse starting with 1 at the top (closest to your nose). Enjoy the tutorials, he's got the body of a god!
