Ken Middleton || I'll Fly Away (Gospel played Clawhammer on the Baritone Ukulele)

Such a wonderful classic tune, something that touches the heart. The best thing about music is that it is a never ending journey of growth and playfulness. It is a journey where we meet new friends and share. Ken has a wonderful spot to play an early morning tune. I make sure I play at least one song each morning and then a few more throughout the day. (Having a home office has a few benefits!) Blessings to Ken for sharing and teaching so much. 

Here he is using Living Water strings and is playing with a High-D string. The baritone is an Ohana model BK-35.

Todd has so many great songs posted here on YouTube. He has so much warmth in music and gratitude in spirit that I wish he was on that touring ukulele teaching circuit. I would love to see him up in Santa Cruz and Berkeley.

WEEK FOCUS #1 || GOSPEL MUSIC

Humble Baritonics wants to display a wide range of music. So I added the small video boxes at the right hand side column of this blog. I am not trying to support any specific agenda I just want to have a theme so that I can vary the boxes and regularly update them. Gospel music has been done by several Bari players and I thought, what a shame to change them without have a place to remember what I had done already. I've already done three themes before coming up with this idea so there may be some repeats. Your theme inputs are welcome!
