I find her playing quite beautiful. There's a notation here that would be interesting to try on a baritone ukulele. It is played in Low D so it fits the baritone ukulele range quite well.

 There is a baritone ukulele version of the King of the Fairies in Dick Sheridan's book, Fiddle Tunes for the Baritone Ukulele. I have the book and recommend it to anyone that likes to play fingerstyle. You can "look inside" the book at the Amazon link below.
