Guitar by the Glass || Tutorial for "Dirty Old Town"
I heard Tel Smith playing this song and found a guitar site that has a fine tutorial suitable for the bari-uke player. I have been working on it for a few days and thought there may be some other bari-uke enthusiasts that would like to try it out.

Jake Veness || I Miss You So (A 2-string baritone ukulele bass)
Jake wrote something about how he achieved this sound from a bari-uke. I would like to hear more music from him and more about how and what he stringed this with. Perhaps a live video?
"Lightnin' Hopkins' cousin, Billy Bizor, recorded this song in 1968 for a sadly marginalized LP entitled "Blowing My Blues Away" which featured himself and Hopkins running casually through this and several other deep blues.
I fell in love with the song immediately and used it as an opportunity to work on my bass playing, a musical category I have almost no experience in but a ton of interest. The "bass" you hear on this track is yet another baritone ukulele with two heavy guitar strings strung loose and the others removed. I also removed the frets for a fuller upright bass effect."

Our Friend Tom Nelson shares his new Bruce Wei in-layed bari-uke

Enclosed are some pic's of Tom's new Bruce Wei bari. The body is acacia. The lower bout is wider than all my other baritones and wouldn't fit in any of my hard back cases so I bought a Cordoba gig bag and that worked. The scale is 19". It is not as smooth as my Pono but I'm sure it will mellow out with time, they always seem to.
