This sign was a gift from metal artist & license-plate-sign making friends Loren and Liz from Livermore, CA. Wendy and I met them at the DeAnza Flea Market about a year ago. Loren hangs out with a Resonator Guitar and plays old bluesy rock songs for people as they stop by to check out his art. I gave him a few old Cali plates from my modest plate collection.
A reader of the blog has asked for a FORUM section on this blog. I do think that a way to interact is a reasonable request. I will do some research in this regard but I have found that most forums (or fori?) become a dumping ground for jerks to place spam, porno, and other crap that I don't want to deal with and removing unwanted junk becomes a full-time activity.
