The Space Pirates video is my new favorite UOGB performance, Jeff. The number of players and the specific players are perfect for the tune, and no doubt many others. Think of this set-up as a chamber group taken from the full orchestra.
In fact, this smaller group should be given a few tunes in the full group's performances, and the second female should be made a full member of the group, not just an occasional one.
